Head of Creative Marketing

About the role

This is a senior leadership position based in Germany, responsible for shaping the creative marketing strategy behind high‑growth digital products in global markets. You will own the creative vision for paid acquisition campaigns, guiding concepts from ideation through execution while mentoring a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic performance across multiple products.
• Lead the creation of advertising concepts and manage the full production lifecycle.
• Mentor, coach, and grow the Creative Marketing team.
• Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Partner with User Acquisition Managers to align creative initiatives with campaign goals.
• Build scalable creative production processes and best‑practice workflows.
• Design testing methodologies and continuously improve creative effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar function.
• Strong understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing.
• Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
