Head of Data Intelligence Products

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Data Intelligence Products to lead the strategy and execution of AI‑native data intelligence solutions for enterprise customers. Based in Germany, you will drive the product roadmap, mentor a global team of Product Managers and work closely with engineering and executive leadership to deliver scalable, cloud‑native platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for a modern Data Intelligence Platform with AI‑driven governance and discovery capabilities.
• Lead, mentor and scale an international team of Product Managers across multiple regions and time zones.
• Drive development of AI‑powered features such as intelligent agents and conversational data interaction.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and engineering to translate vision into actionable initiatives and technical deliverables.
• Partner with engineering to support cloud‑native architecture, AI‑driven workflows and platform scalability.
• Build relationships with Chief Data Officers and governance leaders to understand market needs and promote product adoption.
• Represent the product organization with industry analysts and strategic partners.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to guide long‑term product strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years leading product managers or product organizations.
• Strong expertise in modern data ecosystems such as data catalogs, data governance, data mesh and data quality.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models and AI agents applied to enterprise data platforms.
• Proven ability to operate in both startup‑like environments and large global corporations.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across regions and cultures.
