Head of Finance EMEA

About the role

As Head of Finance EMEA you will partner directly with the General Manager EMEA of Sea to Summit, influencing commercial strategy and driving growth across the region. Based in Bielefeld, you will operate in a hybrid model, providing financial insight to sales, marketing and category management while ensuring strong financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as financial co‑pilot for the EMEA General Manager, delivering performance analysis, margin tracking and pricing recommendations.
• Partner with commercial teams to evaluate investment decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee regional financial governance, coordinate audits and ensure compliance with statutory reporting.
• Maintain financial discipline across the region, supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with the global finance function and report to the Global CFO.

Required profile

• 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in a consumer‑facing or outdoor‑industry environment.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering capabilities.
• Background in financial controlling, accounting or audit.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work independently.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary €140,000 – €160,000 (incl. holiday allowance).
