Head of Finance – Lead Finance Organization

About the role

TeleClinic is Germany's leading telemedicine platform and is expanding across Europe. We are looking for a Head of Finance to build a lean, high‑performing finance function that supports our fast, profitable growth and international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a finance organization with clear structures, efficient processes and a strong team culture.
• Own the full accounting cycle – bookkeeping, month‑end and year‑end close, tax, audit (HGB and IFRS) and timely financial statements.
• Drive financial planning & analysis, cash‑conversion, working‑capital management and build BI dashboards and data infrastructure.
• Secure funding for growth, manage debt financing, fundraising and investor relations.
• Lead market entry finance for new European countries and hand over operational ownership.
• Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering ownership and high performance.

Required profile

• Several years in a finance leadership role, preferably in a fast‑growing, data‑driven environment.
• Deep accounting expertise covering bookkeeping, month‑end/year‑end close, tax and audit under HGB and IFRS.
• Strong background in financial planning & analysis, cash and working‑capital management.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in Business Intelligence.
• Proven experience with debt financing, fundraising and interaction with investors and boards.
• Track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
