Head of Financial Planning

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join a fast‑growing technology company. This senior individual‑contributor position blends financial planning, commercial analysis, business partnering and strategic modelling to influence key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance integrated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and performance metrics.
• Produce financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and long‑term planning.
• Support annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles, building detailed forecasts for revenue, OPEX and workforce planning.
• Provide variance analysis, identify financial risks and opportunities, and ensure models are well documented and adaptable.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and commercial teams, delivering clear insights for decision‑making.
• Analyse customer, product and segment performance to assess profitability and unit economics.

Required profile

• Analytical and commercially minded finance professional.
• Enjoys solving complex business challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum four years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance or investment banking.
• Experience in high‑growth technology, SaaS or financial services is a plus.
