About the role

Qorelo is seeking a Head of Growth to lead its go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑driven SAP automation solutions. You will shape positioning, drive demand generation, and build a high‑performing growth team to accelerate adoption among large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

Build and run go‑to‑market processes from pipeline generation to deal closure.
Develop positioning that resonates with CIOs, transformation leads, and SAP teams.
Execute demand generation across content, events, partnerships, and outbound outreach.
Shape pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy together with the founders.
Hire and scale the growth team as the company grows.

Required profile

2+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or go‑to‑market, preferably in enterprise SaaS or consulting.
Proven experience selling to or marketing to large enterprises.
Track record of building a pipeline that converts into revenue.
Comfortable operating hands‑on today while preparing to build and lead a team tomorrow.
