Head of Media

About the role

We are seeking a senior media leader to shape and execute integrated media strategies for a portfolio of high‑profile European clients. Based in Frankfurt and working in a hybrid model, you will drive media excellence, digital transformation and operational performance across the German market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated media strategies across traditional, digital and performance channels.
• Own media investment principles, budget allocation and campaign effectiveness for diverse client accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, media owners, agency partners and internal teams.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing team of media planners and strategists.
• Champion innovation, digital maturity and data‑led decision making to improve business and client outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in media agencies or large advertiser environments, covering strategy, planning, buying and client leadership.
• Proven track record managing significant media budgets and multi‑channel client portfolios.
• Strong leadership credentials with experience developing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate complex media topics at executive level.
