Head of Mobile Engineering

About the role

Lovehoney Group is seeking a Head of Mobile Engineering to lead the strategy and delivery of its iOS and Android applications. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will combine technical excellence with strategic vision to shape the future of the company’s mobile experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a cross‑functional mobile team of developers, product owners, and UX/UI designers.
• Define and execute a mobile roadmap that aligns with overall business and technology objectives.
• Ensure consistency, performance, and high quality across iOS and Android platforms.
• Establish scalable processes, team structures, and agile practices to support growth.
• Represent mobile initiatives in executive forums and cross‑departmental collaborations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, including several years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead agile, cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality mobile products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable interacting with developers to executives.
