Head of Revenue Operations & Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Revenue Operations & Systems to own and scale our growth‑ops, CRM data layer, tool stack and performance‑marketing infrastructure. Reporting to the Managing Director of Platform Engineering Masters, you will lead a small ops team and work hands‑on building pipelines and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Replace patchwork Zapier integrations with a robust operational data layer.
• Own enrichment, deduplication and lead scoring in HubSpot.
• Provide self‑service data access for non‑technical teams.
• Connect ad spend data from LinkedIn, Google and Meta to HubSpot for performance measurement.
• Manage the tool registry, retire Airtable and lead cross‑functional tool selection.
• Stabilize ticketing and webinar operations for high‑volume periods.
• Lead and grow the ops team, assess hiring needs and run reporting for budgeting.

Required profile

• Hands‑on engineering experience building data pipelines and workflows (SQL and code).
• Experience building performance‑marketing/ad‑tech systems and integrating ad platform data into a CRM.
• Technical expertise with HubSpot CRM, including custom objects, workflows and API integrations.
• Strong data modeling and architecture skills, comfortable designing schemas in Postgres/Supabase.
• Proven people‑management experience, leading a team from day one.
• Ability to take over an already‑improving system and drive it forward.
