About the role

Join the Hilton Health Club in Berlin as a Receptionist working primarily the late shift. You will be the first point of contact for members, hotel guests, and day visitors, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule massages and beauty treatments.
• Provide front‑desk service to members, hotel guests, and day guests.
• Coordinate appointments and actively sell spa treatments and other services.
• Monitor compliance with service standards.
• Train new employees and apprentices.

Required profile

• Initial practical experience in wellness or hotel environments.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
