Healthcare Consultant

About the role

ALCIMED is seeking a Healthcare Consultant to join its Innovation and New Business consulting team. Working under the supervision of a Project Manager, you will manage projects from data collection through to the delivery of strategic recommendations, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge challenges in life‑science sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, including information gathering, analysis, and presentation of findings.
• Interact with key opinion leaders worldwide to capture and challenge industry perspectives.
• Collaborate directly with innovation, R&D, and marketing directors in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, diagnostics, vaccines, and animal health.
• Build and maintain privileged professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Apply ALCIMED’s consulting methodologies and benefit from the firm’s accumulated expertise.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a Master’s degree or PhD in business, engineering, or sciences.
• Strong interest in healthcare, marketing, and innovation.
• International experience is a plus.
• Personal attributes: curiosity, open‑mindedness, ambition, interpersonal skills, rigor, teamwork orientation.
