Highway Project Manager

About the role

Artheon is seeking an experienced Highway Project Manager to lead transportation infrastructure projects in Berlin. The role involves overseeing highway and roadway design from concept through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage highway and transportation projects from planning and design through final delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight for highway design, ensuring compliance with NJTA, NJDOT, and AASHTO standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and agencies, maintaining strong relationships and communicating project status.
• Lead coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and designers to ensure efficient project execution.
• Oversee safety improvements, MPT plans, and construction staging, including signage and temporary striping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 15 years of progressive experience in highway design and transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey preferred.
