Host/Hostess – Pool Area

About the role

The Host/Hostess will manage the pool area of Soho House Berlin, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well‑organised environment for members and guests. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries, reservations and sun‑bed allocations while maintaining high presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations, time‑slots and pre‑booked sun‑beds.
• Welcome members and guests, respond to enquiries and fulfil requests.
• Maintain poolside setup, replenish towels, amenities and operational supplies.
• Clear tables, collect glasses and perform basic cleaning such as sweeping, mopping and waste disposal.
• Report any maintenance, cleanliness or safety issues to the relevant department.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health‑ and safety standards.
• Reliability in handling reservations and managing pool area logistics.
