Hotel Operations Manager – Lead Guest Experience & Revenue

About the role

As a Hotel Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you will be the right‑hand to the General Manager, ensuring seamless daily operations while delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You will balance strategic focus on revenue, brand reputation, and compliance, driving the hotel’s commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, due‑diligence requirements and manage the hotel budget.
• Lead the hotel’s day‑to‑day operations, proactively addressing guest satisfaction and operational issues.
• Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager, supporting decision‑making and performance monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and service throughout the property.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading hotel‑operations teams with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style, personal integrity and a “Yes I Can!” attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Detail‑oriented, creative problem‑solver passionate about extraordinary service.

• Fluent German language.
