Hotel Sales Manager – Corporate & MICE (Germany)

About the role

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a commercially driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead corporate and MICE sales across its German portfolio. You will manage existing hotel accounts, support new openings, and act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key accounts.
• Coordinate commercial activities for the current four‑hotel portfolio and future German properties.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, telemarketing, and targeted sales strategies.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel tours, and present accommodation, meeting and event facilities.
• Represent Eurostars at trade shows, roadshows, workshops and other industry events.
• Monitor sales KPIs, update CRM records and prepare commercial reports.
• Handle client requests and resolve commercial issues with clear communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with corporate and MICE clients.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, French) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month and internationally when required.
