Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will lead daily housekeeping operations at a hospitality site in Germany. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities and enforce cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supervise, schedule, and train housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate laundry services, including linen handling, stain treatment, and equipment use.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and address guest feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and hiring experience.
• Proven knowledge of laundry operations and equipment.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar hospitality role.
• Organizational attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Relevant hospitality or facilities‑management training or certification preferred.
