HR Business Partner for Spain, Portugal & Morocco

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support KWS’s operations in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Based in Berlin, you will act as the strategic link between the business and HR, shaping and implementing the HR partnership model across these markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor for the assigned countries, providing guidance on performance management, succession planning, career development and conflict resolution.
• Adapt and enforce KWS‑wide HR policies to local legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives, attracting and retaining top talent to fuel business growth.
• Collaborate with Expert Hubs HR, the Global Transactional Center and business leaders to deliver data‑driven insights and support decision‑making.
• Participate in or lead projects aimed at improving global HR processes and workflows.

Required profile

• University degree in psychology, business administration, labour law or a related field.
• Several years of HR experience in a multinational environment, with solid knowledge of talent management, performance management, personnel cost planning and recruitment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate HR metrics into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; French or Arabic are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP (advantageous).
