HR Business Partner – Frankfurt

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to independently manage a dedicated employee area in Germany. You will advise managers on personnel law matters and support employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnership and counsel managers on all personnel law issues.
• Support employees across the entire lifecycle, especially onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Organise and execute employee and incentive events.
• Ensure execution of critical HR processes in line with local and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with authorities, external service providers and internal teams (compensation, payroll, compliance, recruiting).
• Work closely with the works council.
• Implement HR projects and initiatives at both conceptual and operational levels in Germany and Europe.
• Continuously optimise HR processes, policies and systems together with management.

Required profile

• Completed studies, preferably in business administration, psychology, education or communication.
• Prior experience in Human Resources or employee relations is advantageous.
• Ability to work across borders with diverse international teams.
• Goal‑oriented, agile mindset with strong prioritisation skills.
• Professionalism, discretion and excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Work authorization for Germany that does not require employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
