HR Business Partner – Global Employee Success

About the role

AllCloud is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its global Employee Success team. Reporting to the VP of HR EMEA, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the DACH region, helping to shape culture, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and teams to provide strategic and operational HR guidance.
• Identify organizational needs and design solutions that enhance employee success.
• Conduct DACH market research for salary benchmarking and role evaluation.
• Review, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Support change‑management initiatives, including organizational analysis and program rollout.
• Advise on employee relations matters such as performance, talent development, and team dynamics.
• Assist managers in creating career paths, identifying development opportunities, and coordinating training.
• Collaborate with the global Employee Success team and other functions (finance, legal, IT) to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in an HR business partnership role, preferably within high‑tech, startup, professional services, or consultancy environments.
• Experience working with global teams and senior technical leadership.
• Strong judgment and ability to make independent decisions guided by established processes.

• Proven ability to conduct market research and salary benchmarking.
• Experience with change‑management methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills for working with managers and employees.
