HR Business Partner Manager – International

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our overseas sales and service teams. You will own end‑to‑end HR delivery for a dedicated region, driving localized hiring, compliance, and employee engagement across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted HR business partner for regional teams in Germany, South America, and Europe.
• Lead localization recruitment for sales, technical, channel, and leadership positions.
• Design and optimize regional performance management, compensation structures, salary bands, and allowance policies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage employee relations, and improve retention.
• Support organization development, team building, and talent pipeline creation.
• Collaborate with global vendors and local teams to maintain stable HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of solid HRBP or regional HR management experience.
• Proven track record managing HR in overseas markets (Europe, South America, etc.).
• Deep understanding of local cultures, employment practices, and team dynamics.
• Fluent English; additional Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a strong plus.
• Experience living or working on‑site abroad is highly valued.
