HR Business Partner – Manufacturing & Distribution

About the role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to help launch a new manufacturing and distribution site in Germany. Working closely with senior leaders, you will shape HR processes from the ground up and support the rapid growth of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR processes and practices for the new site.
• Lead recruitment efforts to staff the site for its go‑live phase.
• Partner with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Drive talent management activities, including performance reviews, team structuring and leadership development.
• Develop recruitment plans to meet operational and leadership hiring needs across Germany.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with German labour law.
• Support organisational change and transformation projects in line with global HR objectives.
• Promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion at all levels.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in logistics, supply‑chain or a related operational sector.
• Strong English communication skills; German language knowledge is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of German labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Willingness to work onsite daily while establishing a new site.
