HR Expert – People Operations

About the role

DTCP is seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Expert for People Operations to join its Frankfurt office. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle across eight offices, ensuring smooth contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR data management in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, offer management, onboarding, contractual changes, compensation, performance cycles, payroll coordination and off‑boarding.
• Administer Personio as the HR system of record, keeping employee data accurate, complete and audit‑ready.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting employees and managers and coordinating with external providers.
• Prepare People reporting and workforce metrics such as headcount, recruitment, and absence data.
• Support day‑to‑day HR compliance, including employment law, GDPR, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain and improve People Operations processes, documenting procedures and identifying automation opportunities using HR technology and AI tools.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and proactive attitude.
• Experience handling HR processes across multiple locations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with managers, the Head of Strategy Office & Operations, and external advisers.
