HR Generalist – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join Tesla’s Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg. In this role you will act as an HR Business Partner for multiple business units, providing advice, guidance and support while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to Engineering, Charging, Energy and Tech teams.
• Implement HR policies in line with legislative and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with local management and People COEs on talent acquisition, development, performance improvement and succession planning.
• Drive local implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the broader strategy.
• Coach and develop local leaders, building leadership capability.
• Facilitate engagement‑survey sessions and support action‑planning with management.
• Advise on labour‑law implications, guide conflict handling and grievance processes.
• Organise workshops on leadership, teaming, labour law and new process implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR professional in a fast‑moving, large‑scale environment.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with managers and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
