HR Retail Recruiter – EMEA (m/f/d)

About the role

RIMOWA is looking for an HR Retail Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across 11 EMEA countries. The role focuses on retail positions, from Client Advisors to Store Managers, and supports the brand’s luxury‑focused growth.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment across 11 EMEA countries, focusing on retail positions such as Client Advisors and Store Managers.
• Develop and execute country‑specific recruitment strategies together with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, communication and offer management.
• Implement tailored sourcing tactics (job boards, referrals, agencies) that match local market conditions.
• Oversee agency relationships, control budgets and negotiate contracts.
• Provide stakeholder reporting driven by KPIs and conduct recruitment training for store managers and HR teams.
• Organise employer‑branding activities across EMEA retail markets.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recruitment experience, preferably in luxury or retail environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexible, solution‑oriented mindset with quick decision‑making capabilities.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, client service and store management.
• Excellent communication in English and German, able to interact with all organisational levels.
