HR Working Student – Core HR (Berlin)

About the role

EIT RawMaterials is looking for a motivated HR Working Student to join its Core HR team in Berlin. You will support a range of initiatives that drive employee growth, performance, and engagement while gaining hands‑on experience in training, analytics, and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, coordination and evaluation of training and development programmes.
• Support performance‑management cycles, including review preparation and documentation.
• Contribute to HR analytics by creating reports, dashboards and data insights.
• Help organise employee‑engagement surveys and related actions.
• Participate in skills and competency‑mapping projects.
• Support HRIS implementation, optimisation and related data tasks.
• Assist with compensation & benefits benchmarking and analysis.
• Provide support for conflict‑management documentation and processes.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• At least 1.5–2 full years remaining in studies.
• Strong interest in learning, development and people analytics.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with HR tools or HRIS platforms.
• Experience using project‑management tools.
