About the role
Chery Automobile’s R&D Center in Raunheim is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as an HR Generalist for its European vehicle development team. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and compliance for both local and global initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and execute full‑cycle recruitment.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, handling inquiries, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals and improvement plans.
- Identify training needs, develop and deliver learning programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and team‑building activities.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and training.
