Human Resources Lead

About the role

The Human Resources Lead supports the HR function by delivering people‑related services, assisting managers, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, HR projects, and the implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as the main point of contact for new hires and exiting employees.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR matters, support engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and promote performance and development.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives, and coordinate HR projects and surveys.
• Support managers on HR topics, handle employee relations issues including conflicts, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Participate in talent management, retention initiatives, and organisational change communication.
• Maintain HR documents, contracts, letters, and employee records, and perform routine HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in HR or a similar function.
• First‑hand experience with German labour law.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Structured, detail‑oriented working style.
• Fluency in English and German.
