Human Resources Manager – Retail (Germany & Austria)

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager for its retail operations in Germany and Austria. Based at the Munich Head Office, you will oversee the full HR cycle for the two countries, driving a culture of empowerment, development, and digitalisation while partnering closely with retail and head‑office managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent experience initiatives, including succession planning and individual development plans.
• Coach managers on performance reviews, mobility, and internal missions.
• Lead candidate experience and employer branding, actively source and recruit retail talent, and manage campus programs.
• Oversee HR operations and compensation & benefits, ensuring accurate monthly reporting, payroll support, and benefits communication.
• Drive organisational reviews, streamline talent processes, and participate in transversal HR‑retail projects.
• Support CSR activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Significant experience in retail and/or hospitality HR.
• Master’s degree from a business school or university.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic HR partner to senior management.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
