Human Resources Specialist – HR Business Partner (Frankfurt)

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will act as an HR Business Partner for a dedicated employee area in Germany. You will advise managers on personnel law matters and support employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnership and independent advice on German labour law.
• Support employees across the full lifecycle, especially onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Organise and execute employee and incentive events.
• Execute critical HR processes in line with local and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with authorities, external service providers, and internal departments (compensation, payroll, compliance, recruiting).
• Work closely with the works council and implement HR projects across Germany and Europe.
• Continuously optimise HR processes, policies and systems together with management.

Required profile

• Completed studies, preferably in business administration, psychology, education or communication.
• Prior experience in Human Resources or employee relations is advantageous.
• Ability to work goal‑oriented in an agile environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and discretion.
• Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work authorization for Germany that does not require employer sponsorship.
