IAM Architect

About the role

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to work remotely for a major German customer. In this position you will lead workshops and architectural sessions that focus on Microsoft identity and security services, helping enterprises design secure IAM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive workshops on identity and access management for premier enterprise customers.
• Lead architectural design sessions covering Microsoft identity and security services.
• Provide guidance on IAM best practices, integration strategies, and security clearance processes.
• Collaborate with customers to define roadmaps and implementation plans for secure IAM environments.
• Support the adoption of cloud‑based identity solutions and ensure alignment with security policies.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken German.
• Eligibility for German security clearance.
• Proven experience designing and delivering IAM solutions for large enterprises.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Active Directory.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID (Microsoft Entra ID).
