Ignite Intern – Commercial & Business Operations

About the role

Join Coca-Cola’s Ignite program as a Commercial & Business Operations Intern in Berlin. You will support the Franchise Operations team by strengthening relationships with bottlers, system partners, and internal commercial units, while contributing to strategies that drive growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with bottlers, the system network, and business partners.
• Support implementation of brand and commercial strategies to increase market share.
• Collaborate with System Teams (FLA, Commercial Development, RGM, Shopper and Channel) to optimise product distribution and marketing.
• Analyse business performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help develop materials and programmes that promote operational excellence across system teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance short‑term and long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s student in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Legal right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship).
• Available to start on 1 October 2026 and commit 37.5 hours per week for 12 months.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic about Coca‑Cola’s brands, curious, agile, and eager to learn.
• Inclusive, team‑oriented and skilled at building relationships.
• Basic understanding of Coca‑Cola’s franchise system and business operations is a plus.
