Ignite Marketing Intern

About the role

Join Coca-Cola’s Ignite program as a Marketing Intern in Berlin and gain hands‑on experience working on real‑world projects that influence global brand strategy. You will develop critical marketing skills, network with senior leaders, and contribute to initiatives that create social and environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns targeting diverse consumer segments.
• Conduct consumer and market research to generate insights for brand positioning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing tactics with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Manage social media and digital channels to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Assist in coordinating product launches, events, and sponsorship activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s student authorized to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship).
• Available to start on 1 October 2026 and commit 38 hours/week for a 12‑month internship.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about Coca‑Cola’s brands, values, and sustainability goals.
• Inclusive, team‑oriented, and able to build relationships across functions.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, social media, market research, and data analysis.
