Immigration Lawyer – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Immigration Lawyer to provide expert advice to corporate clients on all German immigration matters. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while supporting a global organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead compliance and consulting engagements for corporate immigration.
• Oversee service delivery, including drafting and signing off advice, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Review casework as needed and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Advise on complex immigration issues and provide viable solutions.
• Support the team with escalations and complex problem‑solving.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology for improved service delivery.
• Co‑manage rollout of new immigration technology tools.

Required profile

• Legally qualified immigration professional with strong business acumen.
• Proven track record in German corporate immigration work.
• Ability to produce high‑quality work under demanding timelines.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
