Implementation Consultant SAP Payroll (DACH)

About the role

ADP is looking for an Implementation Consultant for its SAP Payroll team, covering the DACH region. You will consult with clients to build the blueprint and capture their system specifics so they can integrate successfully with ADP's GlobalView payroll solution. The role works closely with the ADP Project Manager and the implementation team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product.
• Run blueprinting workshops to gather client requirements and design and document the solution, including business requirements and program specifications.
• Support clients through data cleansing, mapping and conversion, including reconciliation.
• Liaise with the ADP Project Manager and Line Manager, giving regular status updates and early warnings of issues.
• Share knowledge with the implementation team, including informal on-the-job training.
• Keep blueprints, configuration worksheets, client-specific documentation and training material up to date.
• Work with Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management and Product Management to ensure high client service.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of blueprints and configurations.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of proven SAP Payroll consulting experience.
• Fluent German.
• Solid functional and blueprinting knowledge of SAP Payroll.

Required skills

• SAP Payroll configuration and design.
• Understanding of business requirements and mapping to the ADP template.
• Good business process knowledge of the SAP module being implemented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
