Indirect Procurement Manager – Operations

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of facilities management, MRO and utilities across HelloFresh’s European production sites. Reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement, you will partner with Operations, Engineering and Finance leaders to shape investment decisions and drive P&L impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute category strategies including spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier assessments and sourcing road‑maps.
• Lead complex RFx events, negotiate high‑value contracts and deliver total‑cost‑of‑ownership savings.
• Build and manage a preferred supplier portfolio per category, defining KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple European markets to translate business needs into procurement actions.
• Ensure governance, contract management, supplier risk and compliance standards are met.
• Present sourcing outcomes to Director‑ and VP‑level audiences and support broader procurement projects such as CapEx and MHE.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in indirect or operations procurement with deep category expertise.
• Proven strategic sourcing skills: RFx design, complex negotiation and contract structuring.
• Track record of influencing senior, cross‑functional stakeholders in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Fluent English; German or French a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset for spend data, cost modelling and business case development.
• Willingness to travel to production sites across Europe when required.
