BrightPath Kids is seeking a caring Infant Assistant Teacher to join its early childhood team in Hamburg, NY. This full‑time, on‑site position offers paid training for candidates without prior classroom experience, allowing you to grow within a supportive, NAEYC‑aligned environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing "home away from home" for infants, following state and NAEYC guidelines.
• Assist lead teachers with daily instruction, classroom set‑up, and activity facilitation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Engage infants in age‑appropriate activities to promote development.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s day and progress.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work within regular operating hours.
• Eligibility to meet state criteria for child‑care employment.
