Influencer Manager – France

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Manager for France to build, activate, and scale our creator network across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will create a scalable influencer machine that drives revenue and positions France as a key market for our low‑sugar snack brand.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard nano, micro and mid‑tier French creators, staying ahead of trends.
• Manage outreach, negotiations and long‑term relationships with creators, agencies and managers.
• Run campaigns from brief to publication, coordinating timelines and ensuring content quality.
• Track daily KPIs (reach, engagement, promo‑code usage, revenue, ROAS, ROI) and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Provide market intelligence on French social‑media trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 6 months to 3 years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated experience with the French market, understanding of French audiences and creators.
• Fluent native‑level French (written and spoken).
• Comfortable handling barter, affiliate and paid collaboration models.
