Influencer Manager – France

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Manager for France to build, activate, and scale our French creator network across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will create a scalable influencer machine that drives real revenue and positions France as a key market for our low‑sugar snack brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source nano, micro, and mid‑tier French creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, staying ahead of trends.
• Manage outreach, negotiations and long‑term relationships with creators, agencies and managers, handling barter, affiliate and paid collaborations.
• Lead campaigns from brief to publication, coordinating timelines, reviewing content quality and aligning internal teams.
• Track daily KPIs such as reach, engagement, promo‑code usage, revenue, ROAS and ROI; maintain a clean database and reporting dashboard.
• Monitor French social‑media trends and competitor activity, providing insights to refine strategy.

Required profile

• 6 months to 3 years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing creator outreach and full‑cycle campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the French market, audience preferences and cultural nuances.
• Native or fully fluent French speaker.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
