Influencer Marketing Director – Berlin (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Director to join a leading social‑first agency in Berlin. The role will shape influencer strategies for global consumer brands, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, insights, creative and design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Create compelling campaign proposals and presentations.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Establish and nurture relationships with influencers across all tiers, from micro‑creators to celebrities.
• Negotiate partnerships, contracts and campaign budgets.
• Conduct influencer research and audience profiling to select the most relevant creators.
• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Drive innovative campaign ideas and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee influencer communications, database management and long‑term creator relationships.
• Plan and execute influencer events and brand activations.
• Monitor performance, oversee reporting and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer, social or digital marketing.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in influencer strategy and campaign management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder, client and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and negotiate partnerships.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative problem‑solver with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
