Influencer Marketing Manager – DACH Focus

About the role

You will lead Sunday Natural’s Influencer Marketing strategy, driving commercial growth across the DACH region while shaping the brand’s presence on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms. The role combines strategic planning, creator partnership management, and performance analysis to maximise revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and expand the DACH influencer program, ensuring a strong return on investment.
• Design and execute multi‑channel influencer campaigns, from concept to activation.
• Identify, recruit and manage high‑performing creators that align with brand goals.
• Measure influencer performance against clear KPIs and revenue targets.
• Translate campaign learnings into scalable strategies for future growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate influencer content into events, partnerships and other communication channels.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably for a DTC e‑commerce brand.
• Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Proven ability to manage a six‑digit monthly spend and optimise budget allocation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and ROI.
• Fluent German (C1‑C2) and good English skills.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
