Influencer Marketing Manager – DACH Market

About the role

Every is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive growth in the DACH market. You will own end‑to‑end influencer collaborations across multiple social platforms, working closely with performance marketing, brand, and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute Every’s influencer marketing strategy, including paid, barter, and affiliate collaborations.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies; identify new talent and negotiate deals.
• Contribute to creative briefs and campaign ideas to help influencers authentically showcase the brand.
• Plan, implement, and optimise influencer campaigns with a performance‑driven mindset.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with performance marketing, content, and brand teams to maximise impact.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
• Fluency in German and English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and their relevance to influencer campaigns.
• Autonomous, creative, and comfortable taking responsibility while enjoying collaboration.
