Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager you will shape the earned influencer and creator marketing strategy for the LEGO® brand across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Based in our EUC Marketing team in Grasbrunn (near Munich), you will work in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EUC creator strategy end‑to‑end, from annual planning and budget management to campaign execution and post‑campaign analysis.
• Align global and regional communication strategies with local market needs, ensuring relevant content for consumer audiences.
• Steer local agency and talent partners to deliver high‑quality, cost‑efficient influencer campaigns that support business objectives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with PR, events, owned social, brand management, sales and other stakeholders to maximise ROI.
• Lead briefings, negotiations, contracting, content approvals, usage rights and ongoing community management with creators and top‑tier talent.

Required profile

• Proven work experience in influencer and creator marketing.
• Track record of delivering impactful creator campaigns and full‑funnel results.
• Strong network of creators and talent in the European Central markets.
