Influencer & Social Media Manager – Berlin

About the role

Join atlea, a fast‑growing sports nutrition brand for women, as one of its first team members. Based in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district, you will work side‑by‑side with the founders to shape and execute the influencer and social‑media strategy that will build a vibrant creator community across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop atlea’s influencer marketing strategy.
• Identify, recruit and nurture long‑term relationships with creators across Germany.
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage collaborations from outreach to performance reporting.
• Plan and execute creator events, product launches and community activations.
• Build relationships within Germany’s fitness, wellness and health ecosystem.
• Develop creative campaign concepts and briefs that inspire authentic content.
• Shape the overall social‑media strategy together with the founders.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise the creator programme.
• Handle creator logistics, product seeding and influencer shipments from the Berlin office.

Required profile

• Based in Berlin (or relocating by 1 September 2026) and willing to work onsite.
• Minimum two years of hands‑on influencer marketing experience for a consumer brand, agency or creator‑management company.
• Fluent German (C2 level) with excellent written and spoken skills; English is the company language.
• Passionate about fitness, sport and women’s health.
• Strong communicator, proactive and organised in a fast‑moving startup environment.
