Information Security Specialist

About the role

As an Information Security Specialist you will lead the creation, implementation and maintenance of security policies that protect company assets. You will work closely with IT, legal and compliance teams to ensure the organization stays resilient against cyber threats while meeting global regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce governance frameworks and security policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage audits.
• Design and maintain identity and access management (IAM) protocols.
• Support penetration testing initiatives and remediate findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risks and strengthen data protection.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in information security and compliance.
• Proven ability to develop policies and lead audits.
• Strong understanding of technical and regulatory aspects of security.
• Experience working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
