Innovation Project Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to accelerate the growth of its Snacks portfolio in Germany and the broader DACH region. You will lead cross‑functional innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with market calendars.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead product renovation, productivity initiatives, pack price & promotional activities, and account‑exclusive programs.
• Manage cross‑functional teams through the stage‑gate process, focusing on “Fewer, Bigger, Better” and speed‑to‑market guidelines.
• Coordinate the DACH Foods Calendar, aligning key activities and timelines.
• Act as the main liaison between Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and other central functions.
• Track project critical paths, resolve issues, and prepare status updates for governance forums.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects in a matrix organization and deliver operational excellence.
• Basic understanding of cross‑functional areas such as R&D, supply chain, and purchasing.
