Intellectual Property Analyst – AI Trainer (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) analyst to help train next‑generation AI models. Working 8–20 hours per week, you will review and improve AI‑generated content on patents, trademarks, copyright, and other IP matters, ensuring the outputs are accurate, logical, and relevant to real‑world business scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated answers on IP topics and assess practical accuracy.
• Draft realistic IP scenarios and case studies based on personal experience.
• Create multiple viewpoint variations (e.g., in‑house counsel, regulator).
• Identify gaps, legal oversights, or flawed reasoning in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed, critical feedback to improve model performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level IP analyst, consultant, or in‑house professional.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Multiple years of hands‑on experience with patents, trademarks, copyright, or trade secrets.
• Strong ability to distinguish theoretical concepts from actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering thorough feedback.
