Intern – Global Internal Communications & Brand Heritage

About the role

Join the Internal Communications and Brand Heritage team at RIMOWA for a six‑month, full‑time internship in Cologne. You will gain hands‑on experience creating internal communication content and supporting the management of the brand’s historic collection.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging articles, images, videos and other content for internal communication platforms in English.
• Support concept development and rollout of internal communication initiatives.
• Manage requests for heritage collection pieces for exhibitions, events or loans.
• Maintain and expand the heritage collection database and conduct detailed inventory checks.
• Prepare presentations and assist with day‑to‑day team activities.

Required profile

• Studies in communications, marketing, (art) history or related fields.
• Initial practical experience in internal or corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or archive/museum work (a plus).
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• First experience with Canva and/or a content‑management system (preferred).
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
