Internal Communications Manager – Global (Fixed‑term)

About the role

As the Internal Communications Manager you will design and deliver communication programmes that align employees with business priorities, strengthen engagement and ensure a consistent employee experience across the organisation. The role is a 24‑month fixed‑term position covering parental leave and operates in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global internal communication initiatives that support business goals.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to create employee‑engagement and change‑communication activities.
• Produce clear, compelling communications on strategy, culture, performance and transformation.
• Prepare leadership communications such as presentations, town‑hall content and executive messages.
• Manage global internal channels, editorial calendars and content planning.
• Monitor effectiveness, gather employee feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications within an international organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.
