Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to ensure clear, structured, and aligned messaging across its fast‑moving, international environment. Reporting to the Head of Culture, you will act as a trusted partner to C‑level leaders, translating strategic intent into effective internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the communications right‑hand to C‑level leaders for ad‑hoc and recurring internal messaging.
• Translate strategic decisions into clear, cascaded communication across the organization.
• Manage internal communication across offices in Frankfurt, Manila, Lisbon, and Mexico City.
• Maintain accuracy and emotional impact of all communications.
• Drive structure and execution of internal communication initiatives, including the Global All Hands.
• Own the people survey product from design to results communication and analyse qualitative feedback.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a scale‑up or international environment handling structured communication.
• Proven experience working directly with C‑level stakeholders and managing their messaging.
• Ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and turn insights into actionable steps.
• System‑thinking mindset with a focus on structure over wording.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language a plus.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.
