International Social Media Marketing Intern (all genders)

About the role

Joli is seeking a motivated International Social Media Marketing Intern to support influencer campaigns across multiple brands. The role is ideal for students in Spain or France who want hands‑on experience in creator marketing, content creation, and social‑media strategy within a fast‑growing, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns for diverse brands.
• Develop creative briefs and content concepts aligned with campaign goals.
• Research, identify, and outreach new creators while nurturing existing relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics, support reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to the optimisation of campaign strategies, content approaches, and internal workflows.
• Support influencer seeding activities and creator collaborations.
• Create engaging short‑form vertical video content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Stay updated on social‑media trends, platform features, and creator‑marketing developments.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field in Spain or France.
• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and digital culture.
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling.
• Excellent communication, organisational and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional fluency in French or Spanish is required.
